Gomez is out at the minute and every update is worse. VVD may be ill but it's the suspension which will keep him out of the Bayern game. Not the illness. Fabinho had a hamstring injury and they are usually 2-3 weeks. I didn't know he was in training. So at the minute. It's only Matip and Lovren.

I had a coffee this morning.

With VVD suspended for the game it was always going to be Lovren and Matip starting, we are not going to buy a player because VVD is suspended for a game, are we? It would have made sense only if it was for replacement.

I'm a pint man generally, but on occasion I tip the odd dark rum. Preferably Jamican, aah, great stuff...
