That is one player I would go for and get NB to finance the deal to a significant portion as they will be able to sell lots of shirts in US.

Pretty sure we would go for him too.
German window closes on 31st August so perhaps selling him at a premium now whilst our window is still open so that they can buy with the proceeds.
It is strange that we have had stories going back and forth all week about Klopp praising Pulisic and Pulisic praising Klopp and Liverpool.
If he is up for sale I think we would be in pole position. I think it might just be pot stirring by German press though.

Still think we are at a disadvantage to clubs across Europe because our transfer window closes about two or three weeks before there's... Yes we are at a disadvantage, strange PL has gone down this route, especially in a WC season when most players taking part will not discuss deals while at the WC. That's why it was important we did our business early, which we have.

I'd have said it was completely unrealistic before but if we raise some of the funds being mentioned... Pulisic could come.
With Ox out, that could be the difference for the title.

I'll be the first one to say it.
Alfie Mawson for 20m is a bargain. We will regret not getting him.
I said the same about Maguire. Even tho 15m seemed expensive at the time.

With Ox out, that could be the difference for the title. With a midfield choice of Lallana, Henderson, Keita, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Shaqiri to choose from we could at any time have 2 unavailable due to injury or suspension. We need one more in there to help manage game time for midfield/attack.

Rumours that Arsenal are in for Barca's Dembele for a season long loan at £10 million with an option to buy for £100 million, I would hope we would be in for him, he'd be perfect cover fo the front 3 and could force himself in, a £10 million loan these days for a quality player is not bad, he's young and Klopp has been in for him a few times, he would then become our big signing next summer.
As we are in CL and under Klopp, I'm sure we could tempt him over Arsenal!
Kovacic has also gone to Chelsea on loan, we were in for him when he went to RM, though i'm guessing his deal was part of Courtois going from Chelski.
