If Scum were to sell to us there would be a huge unrealistic premium on it. Rashford would be 20 goals a season in our forward line and they know it so price would start at £60m and we are not going to pay that for someone who would still not start every game. There was also talk of John Stones being made available by City the other day and if he is being binned off I think he would be ideal alongside VVD at a decent price.

We need a couple more players who can step up and play with or instead of any of the current front 3. I don't think Ings or Solanke can do that. The left back / right back areas don't need changing. We won't always have injuries to this degree but we need 4 or 5 players in plus Wilson, Brewster, Kent and Woodburn to be rotated on the bench. I would like Origi back if he would be happy to be used as a sub.

My list
Oblak
Stones
Pulisic or Shaqiri
Sessegnon

We would need £150m plus sales to nail that lot but knowing Klopp he will have his eye on someone well under £20m who would be a bargain buy like Robertson was last summer.

If we could get Rashford for £60 million, I'd snatch their hands off, he'd be the perfect for for us upfront/wide IMO.

Having seen Moreno last week, we need new LB cover, as he is no where near good enough, hopefully we can sell him. RB is covered with TAA/Clyne/Gomez.

Fun as it is, we can all list our wants and fave names, but how many of us would have listed Robertson at the end of last season, a LB from a relegated Hull team? Same with Salah, no one was saying we should get him, hopefully Klopp & co can un-earth some more Gems.

Lewis Cook at Bournemouth would be a good signing.

A perfect Window would also include selling these players, replacing them with better quality:

Moreno
Sturridge
Flanagan
Markovic
Klavan
Lovren
Mignolet

Before his injuries we had Gomez at lb, remember that?

He was really good there imo, and actually looked better on that side of the pitch than he does at rb.

That would be a cheap way of covering for Robbo.

Yes I remember. I like Gomez but last week he was awful. Not a first choice but decent enough to cover anywhere at the back short term if needed.

But Klopp is going to play Gomez as CB, probably first choice CB with VvD.

Gomez is a good prospect. He's not the finished article, but I am fine with him being cover.

bit harsh. lets not forget he just returned from injury and wasnt up to full fitness. in large parts of the season he was our number one rb
