Same here.

If he goes this summer it will be for free, so for me it's better he stays.

He isn't our worst player, so budget wise it's also better if we can focus on other areas.

Keita coming in might change the whole dynamic in midfield, so we might not need another one coming in and stirring things up either.

GK, CB and striker for me. 3 Top Class Players plus Keita, and then we're fine!

Noise saying he might be fit for the final. Great news if true. We are so thin at midfield atm.

He's pisssed me off and he's not as good as he thinks he is but we do need him more than ever.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

He can be brilliant but at times he loses interest and for a professional footballer this is a cardinal sin. But then most of our midfielders have been hot and cold.

We desperately need stability and leadership in the middle of the park so if he stays, he has to man-up and be the player he is capable of being, every week.

His agent also needs a good rodgering for touting him around and distracting him from the job at hand.

At the very least, it adds to the squad and will add “value” should he still want to leave in the next couple of windows.

It's been confirmed this morning that he'll be off after this season.

Shame as the squad is stronger with him than without.

I would say the club has got to get rid of him just to send a message to other players that running down your contract is not an option.

As he's on a free, he'd obviously be looking for a bumper wage increase if he stayed which could unsettle other players at the club who are on less (especially those who are better than him).

Na, good riddance.
