Still, at least we have a precedant set for if we want to use our phones while driving.

It hasn't set a precedent though, well, at least not a good one! By the letter of the law he should be getting 6 points and a £200 fine. You have got live footage of the guy using his mobile phone in a car whilst driving. How can you not prosecute based on that evidence?

If the police only talk to him it makes a complete mockery of the justice system and sets completely the wrong precedent!

Correct, and Wilky bloke, you're seemingly correct too!

Absolutely downright bloody outrageous! shocked

This is now a double story of utter disgrace. mad

NOT a witch hunt, but justice for every motorist is urgently required here, otherwise, if you me or anyone else gets pulled over for using a mobby whilst driving, we are all naturally going to quote this case in court.
Absolutely astounding and disgusting decision by Gt Munterchester police as it currently stands. mad

There's a full video out there showing the driver goading carra more than once. His daughter is saying stop it. Stop it dad.

He doesn't care he keeps filming. Changes lanes to pull up next to him.

The whole point was to f##k with carra.

If he wasn't a celeb he'd have had every right to get out and beat the fella.

He didn't spit at a 14 year old. He probably didn't even see the girl. Who was pushed so far back in the chair so he could get a good pic.

Once carra spat. The fella just filmed his daughter laughing saying 'oooh jamie carragher just spat at my daughter'

He's wrong to have spat but that fella needs a kicking.

He should've just followed him home.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Needs prosecuting, and I'll be keeping a keen eye on this.
As I quoted earlier, I WILL be contacting the rozzers....amongst many others I suspect, if this totally irresponsible cockwomble isn't prosecuted....for ALL our sakes

It's amazing how much media coverage and conversation this has got, but then Firmino & Rooney have both been banned for drink driving in the last 6 months and it's hardly been mentioned relative to this, what they did was far more dangerous and could have cost peoples lives as they were under the influence.

Yes if the police are to be involved then Carragher needs looking too at as by law, and as of 1988, spitting is considered to be battery.which can result in arrest....

At least if Carra is sacked we will have one less Liverpool connected pundit making hay being uber critical of us.

Now if we could just see the end of Murphy and Collymore that would be nice as well.
