Barton can pass, shoot, tackle, he's got energy and passion. I reckon he'd be the perfect partner for Stevie in the centre, he'd complement him well.
Obviously, there's a few aggression issues to iron out but a good manager could do that.
are you insane? his passing is average at best, his shooting is crap, his tackling is only of the over the top, studs showing variety and his last season showed that the little [oops] has learnt nothing at all with his tackling still the same nasty over the top assaults
plus if you have him you can't have kids anywhere near him for fear of him needing an ashtray or anyone black in the same team in case his NF tendencies get the better of him when one is on the ground
the guy is the kind of scum that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a footie pitch outside of the nick
