Both have had success with great teams, though you have to give Jose credit for winning the CL with Porto, and the triple with Inter, no matter how he did it, it was an incredible acheivement. He also failed in Madrid and got sacked by Chelsea twice.
Pep's city are dominating the league at the moment but he needs CL success.
I think people's points are in 7 years, Pep will have twice the trophy cabinet Jose's got..

Winning many league titles in different countries also have to be taken into perspective. Rodgers can stay at Celtic and win a dozen in a row. Doesn’t make him a better manager than Pep nor Jose.

I can't see that Sanchez will make much difference to how Unted play or their overall results, because Mourinho sets his teams up so negatively and Jose has such a divisive/ashhole personality that gradually erodes the team spirit.
Lordy-bagordy United waste some money on players though.

Lordy-bagordy United waste some money on players though. They get 200m revenues more than us every year, they can afford. That said, Sanchez is a big buy for them

I can't wait to see how Sanchez performs at right wing back. Or he can try and take Ashley youngs place at left wing back.
I remember when Rashford was a striker. Jose ruins players. Can't see Sanchez being as good as he was for arsenal.

I think a lot of posters are letting there hearts rule there heads with all this talk about Sanchez not making a difference...he will...he's too good a player not to.
I will agree with posters about how Jose sets up his team, I don't know about negatives, it fundamentals of football that first thing you have to do is stop the opposition scoring and then take it from there, you build from the back and let's be honest Jose has nailed that part of it s they are the best defensive team in the league who hardly ever lose. The problem he has is that they have e sacrificed flair and attack in order to shore up the defensive side so that's why he had brought in Sanchez, he is capable of turning all those draws into wind because he's that special. If this works United can easily win the League next season because for me they are that close, maybe one player away, the thing that might let curt down next season is any team can score against them although they usually score another four, this is what United don't let u do much... United are that close? We’re 6 points behind them with a game in hand - if they’re one player away how many players are we away?

Interesting because United are the biggest Club in the world, you basing it on the same criteria as Liverpool are bigger than Everton worldwide but Everton are bigger than Liverpool on Merseyside.... here we go.the only people who say that Man u are the biggest club in the world are Man u people.every player is world class the manager is the best in the world blah blah blah.the fact is Man city are better than them can spend more money than them and have a better manager and players than them.
