KP you are basing your argument on rumours in the press the same as everyone else on here.
Journalists are plucking transfer figures out of thin air and linking us with players that will never be on our radar. This is silly season and no one is immune to it.
As you yourself said on page 2 of this thread "The mystery is why anyone believes anything on twatter".
One thing that is definite is that FSG will not pay over the odds for any player.
I'd take any rumours with a pinch of salt, after the trouble we got in with VvD, I doubt anyone would risk leaking if we were looking at someone, that cost us an extra £25 million, so I'm sure Klopp & FSG won't want a repeat of that.
