Trouible is it's a Kia and will take a lot to get people to spend that much on one. Might be a good second hander in a few years though.

You didn't strike me as a badge snob. shocked

No I'm not but plenty are and will always go for the BMW or Audi equivilant whether it's better or not.

I personally wouldn't touch either, simply because of the image problem.
Audi's are fast becoming the number one knob mobile, designed and driven for and by many many dick 'eds.

I like the new Skodas. They’re on my list to check out along with maybe the Seat Leon just because it has the tech pack with LED lights and Sat Nav.

That Skoda Kaodaq or whatever it's called...SUV....is also getting stonking reviews.
Yeti? Good car, good size for a wulfie too, but just a slight blue rinse image. Do a 4WD version too.

Plentyn of choice now on the 2nd hand market, and the pre facelift looked excellent with those big 'eyes' at the front imo.
Been numbed down a bit now, but an excellent mid sized economical car.
I'd certainly consider next time.

I keep looking at that Dacia btw.
It really is quite a fine car, even with its low rent image.
Wouldn't bother me one iota tbh.
4WD for some off road green laning fun too! laugh

Do Subaru's fall under the 'badge snob' category? I had a Forester for years, great car. Although I notice every time I'm in Ireland that the US and European models are very different.

I’m liking the new Kia’s though. They have the warrantee and also get good write ups. They’ve just brought out that Stinger too with a twin turbo V6 and rear drive which would be fun.

I have a Range Rover Evoque and had 2 turbos changed over the last 4 years and recently the water pump after running only 76000 kms. The first turbo was changed before the 2 year warrantee period but didn't pay for the 2nd neither, I think they didn't dare to bill. These cars are coming with 5 years warranty now.

Affectionately known in the UK as a 'handbag on wheels'. laugh

I have a mate at the gymnasium that's got one.
He hates it and can't wait for the lease to end.
Hasn't been unreliable especialy, he just simply doesn't like it.

I LUV the way the floor lights up with the Evoque symbol via the 'puddle light' though.
Totally unnecessary, but cool

I actually like it except the boot and has more space inside compared to a car. 240 bhp and i can also go off the road whenever i want is cool as well.

Over 4 years I've had 3 breakdowns, I think it's not dramatic and wonder if it is much better with other makes
