I forgot to add that Ronaldo is also coming but not to play. He is going to be used during half time talks. The new manager (and players, sure why not!) will get to kick him around when they under perform and are angry.

Like i say its my opinion,good on Dunk for spreading positivity,and i really do hope he is right.But the way i see it is somewhat different.The yanks are not here to establish LFC as a dominant force in football,they do not care about you,me LFC or the city,their sole aim here is to use our club to line their pockets,as long as they are keeping up the loan repayments and kop cayman is taking 10% interest on the loan that LFC borrowed from it then they have no need to sell...RBS putting pressure on them for me is a myth...Everyones a winner here apart from the club.As it stands the yanks have got the club in a position which suits them to a tee,hence the stupidly overpriced £800 million,on top of them sacking maybe the only person within the club who would of opposed them selling off our star players.Like i said this is only my take on it,and like you said i hope i`m wrong.

Sell the top assets to pay the banks also weakens the price which they could ever hope to receive for the club. It's not in their favour or interest to sell the top players and make us a mid-table side.

I understand what you are saying,but it goes back to the question of are they seriously trying to sell?They would be quite happy to carry on as things are,line their pockets and then file for bankruptcy if the clubs value was junk.
