Not putting teams to the sword missing hatful of chances This did happen in quite a few games last season too. We need a striker, Firminio's not a striker.

I was hoping we might go for Aubameyang in the summer, he'd really fit in I think and Klopp has worked with him at Dortmund, he looked like he was leaving Dortmund over the summer, so I think we could have got him.
Lawendowski is apparently not feeling the love at Bayern... One thing I have noticed is that ex players Klopp has managed are not falling over themselves to join him again.... Since when do players fall over themselves to reunite with previous managers? I wish people would stop attacking the manager with fabrications, if it's so difficult to bear then go away and return once we are doing well again, sharpening the knives while the chips are down is what the whore media does. I'm not attacking Klopp, I like Klopp and want him to stay, I'm here if we win or lose, I'm just saying often managers bring in players they have worked with before, if you look at the quality of players Klopp has worked with at Dortmund, I was hoping he would being some in, like Aubameyang, Lawendowski and Mkhitaryan etc

Liverpool brought Klopp in because he was I would call a flavour of the month manager, he had two seasons at Dortmund where they were very good and then started to get found out, think they finished about sixth in his last season. I think we brought in Benitez same reasons too, he won two Leagues and Europa in a short space of about 3 seasons. Both these managers had no experience in managing clubs to success away from there homelands so maybe when Klopp does go we maybe bring someone in who has had success with different clubs and set ups...just a thought...

They are both managers who punched above their weight, winning leagues against bigger teams, these weren't one off successes, that's what the Liverpool owners have been trying to replicate, as we are against several teams with more resources than us.

I am thinking when we bring in our next manager maybe bring someone in who has had success at a couple of different clubs or maybe had success in more than one country. I think both Benitez and Klopp both struggled with the English game, Benitez especialy when we got knocked out the Cup by Burnley with a Traore own goal and also prioritising Champions League over Premier League teams at the time, now we have Klopp dismissing domestic cups we have a chance of winning in favour of a top four place...

Yeah, Rafa struggled in Liverpool by winning a CL trophy and the FA cup and made liverpool one of the best team in Europe. Rafa did make an error by letting Alonso go but the club didnt give him time to rebuild the team and recover from his mistakes. Instead, the club hired Roy, who had experiences and achieved success in several countries (like you want). And Roy become one of Liverpool's most successful manager by signing poulsen and koncehsky and made us to a mid-table team. P.S. Klopp took up the job of Dortmund when they were in 13th and in serious financial troubles. He then made it to a team that could win the bundesliga twice. Also, he made bundesliga the one horse league to a two horses league by successfully making Dortmund as a contenders for the title for a few seasons (not only two). And BM can only keep tapping up the key players of Dortmund to secure their titles.
