Also, some questions:

Why sign Grujic?
Why sign Chamberlain?
Why play Moreno instead of Milner or Robertson?
Why play Karius?
Why sell Sakho without replacing him?
Why play Henderson?
Why give Lovren a new contract?
And what does Wijnaldum DO!?!?! I rarely realise he's playing!?

He has to be in for now. But if he doesn't do something about the defence in January I might be swaying to out as it's abundantly clear to anyone who can see that that is our main problem.

A top manager, which he's supposed to be, would see the problem and make it the first thing they addressed and he just hasn't. How can we not buy a defender this summer? How can we buy a promising LB and not play him? What the fukk is going on there and he used to be a defender!

Sort the defence out or pack your bags for me.

Yep. I am starting to think Klopp picks players who he likes to hug most and shuns those he simply does not like. And other decisions are made by others.

I fail to digest the logic where Klopp resolutely refuses to admit, even in today's press, that bringing in better defenders and some better midfielders, will help our cause, and yet at the same time it is also perceived that a confirmed incoming midfielder and maybe Van Dyke will instantly fix our problems.

at the moment, I dont think that we should replace Jurgen Klopp, because I believe that he can be a very good manager and could become better.

But he is losing my trust with his shambles of a team, and with his [oops] excuses and denials.

At the moment it looks like he has made terrible (non) recruitment decisions and is making very poor player selection and tactical decisions.

And it all makes no sense at all.

If player purchases and sales and even some selections, are being controlled by the owners, then so be it. If he is in control and this is the best he has got, then he should feck off.

At least I would like to know.

On current form he wont be sacked, because the owners like his overt personality in the media. But how long will he want to stay on when the side he has assembled continues to slip up on its own boot laces?

What do you expect him to say? Oh these players are not good enough we need better. Klopp is not stupid he knows these players are not good enough. Klopp's problem is that he wants to replace them but has failed so far.

embarrassing thread.

But there is no excuse to not replace these players. Once VvD looked tricky we should've moved onto someone else even if we were still going to go for VvD in January or next summer. There are plenty of better defenders than we have out there.

And why no proper CM? We may be getting Keita next year (if he still wants to come) but we need better NOW to make sure these sorts of players will still want to sign. We could screw up big time this season and top 4 will be harder to get than last season that's for sure.

Klopp has a lot to answer for at the moment so I don't see how this thread is embarrassing. He has failed to rectify our biggest problem in nearly two years. That's Sunday league stuff there. Simple fact is, if he doesn't shape up and improve the defence, we'll win fukk all and he'll be booted just like Rodgers whether we like it or not.

I think picking the team is one of the managers main jobs.

Yeah I'm angry as he hasn't done his job in my eyes. How can you not strengthen our defence?

We better get someone in January. It's not the time to do the bulk of your business but we have to get someone.
