how good is Coutinho anyways. i know hes gifted and all. but surely cant be as big loss as Torres or Suarez for sure.
probably best player of the current lot so theres this feeling that if he goes we are getting relegated. i beg to differ . imo that accolade goes mane

Yeah I'd rather we strengthen in these areas rather than get Draxler even if Coutinho goes. We still scored three at the weekend without him so shows we can score. Add a clinical finisher in there and it will help no end along with shoring up the defence.

Yes definitely.
And Lallana will also be back at some point. Even if the squad is threadbare, we can't sign 10 more midfielders.
We need to address the problem areas we have and fill those up first.
In my opinion we need:
- A top class keeper. Sell Karius and make Migs and Ward fight for the N:o 2 spot. Migs shouldn't be a N:o 1 keeper at Liverpool.
- A top class CB. Lovren can be N:o 3 and Klavan N:o 4. Sell Sakho ASAP.
- A tough CM/DM that can break up play and balance up our fullbacks going forwards and shout at them when they are too high up the pitch. If he can attack it's a bonus, but we already have other players who can do that job.
- A top class 20-30 goals a season striker who fits our system. Would be good if he was big so we could swith to route 1 whenever needed too.
