World class manager, achieved the best at Dortmund.
At Liverpool
1) Negative net spend last summer.
2) No money in January spent, in the hope he could chase his top targets this summer.
3) His top targets this summer VVD and Keita, mucked up and the club backing away from the signings.
He will not suffer this amateurish behavior much longer.

Trust me. 1) his choice to not spend 2) January his choice again , can't blame FSG 3) yes it's embarrassing how the suits have handled VvD, but keita is different as Leipzig say not even 100milliion . I wouldn't blame Klopp though, no doubt behind closed doors he's fuming, but let's just give FSG this window , it's the first window Klopp genuinely wants to buy key targets and FSG will be tested to see of they stand by Klopp and move on from moneyballing . we've given them 7 years, why not this window. BUT FFS FSG are making us fans sweat, embarrassing us, but theirs no excuses why we can't put 80 million ( no add-ons) on the table for either VvD or keita, but that may not guarantee the clubs will accept ?

Yep, point 3, the owning clubs RB Leipzig and Southampton do not want/have to sell, so if Klopp has identified them as targets, that's what he has done to improve the team, it does not mean we can get them. It sounds like we have offered large amounts that make sense, but the owning clubs are massively overpricing them, so FSG cannot really be blamed for that. It's embarrassing how we have apologised to Southampton, but it feels like we did just what most other clubs are doing when they sign players, as we already have a threat of a transfer ban, we panicked and issued an apology. Klopp signed a new deal last summer, so he must be happy at how he works with FSG and how they are backing him, we are lucky to have Klopp, I am happy he is our manager, but Klopp is also one of the highest paid managers in the world and he's not really under 'real' pressure to win the PL like Pep/Conte/Mourinho are, we could not win the PL for the next 5 years remaining on his contract and it is likely he will still be our manager if we are challenging and getting CL qualification, you can't say that at allot of our rivals, so he knows he's on a good number, no wonder he comes over as a Jolly German !!!
