Yes on the bench as back up but not in the 1st team for months at a time when hendo is out sorry my expectations are higher than that! hendo don't have much longer in my opinion as his permanent injury will cause longer and longer lay offs , it has already!

It's certainly a big season for Henderson, he needs to prove he can stay injury free and play.
As for Milner, he has the quality for the first team, but I am hoping we have the quality in team to make him a squad player, but he's the sort of quality we need to have available if any of the first teamers get injured and he's great quality to have on the bench.
It also depends who we sign/sell, we are still linked with Keita, I expect Lucas will be sold, Can has not signed his new deal yet but is playing very well for Germany, so there will be big teams interested in him, I am hoping he will sign a new deal when he comes back from International duty, but I bet his demands will go up now, with the transfer fees around, he could get a fortune in pay on a free next year, we could have shot ourselves in the foot by not getting him signed up.
Also depends where Salah plays, he maybe up front with Mane and Firmino, with Coutinho dropping deeper to midfield, so that would only leave 2 places in midfield, that's for Henderson/Lallana/Can/Wij + anyone else we buy like Keita/Ox etc.
