I can't see Chelsea letting Zouma leave, especially with JT leaving, but he would be a good signing, but I think we need an experienced CB also to put the pressure on/replace Lovren. What's the odds on us ending up with Terry on a free? It'd be a long way from 60m and 200k per week! But is it conceivable? I did suggest it a while ago when he announced he was leaving, I got roundly denounced and people weren't In favour If you forget he's JT, his experience (especially with CL) and organisation skills would make sense in the short term, he'd be happy to be a bit part player and would help organise the defence. I say this not as a solution for our defence, we still need a first team CB to challenge/replace Lovren.

If Lovren is the starting CB next season then this window would have been a complete failure.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Didn't Rafa who is Liverpool through and through and a legend for our club, join Chelsea?

They aren't comparable.

Yes the Lampard move was strange, I'd have been gutted if Gerrard had gone to another Premiership team. JT should go to America in my opinion, he has nothing left to prove in this country.

If we fail to get VVD as I suspect, due to the FSG cock up, I think it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that we could end up signing Terry as a stopgap measure. He has another season, or maybe two at a push, left in him so 'a bad deal would be better than no deal' (sic). Ok it's not a probability but it might be a possibility?
