Rather we should work together as a nation to make it work. Anyone not up for the challenge can move to the EU living in Northern Ireland that move would be very easy move to the Republic. Just found it interesting that those remarks were made by Theresa May who will be offering strong and stable leadership in the Brexit negotiations. You couldn't make it up.
