Well if the sheikh bulks at the price then its hard to believe anyone else will at the price so hicks will have no choice but lower his price

if hicks was to.... oh lets say..... be hit by a car and killed. how would that effect the price?

The thing is, just because the Sheikh can afford the asking price, why should he have to pay an over inflated price for something? I can afford £5 but I wouldn't pay it for a Mars bar (other chocolate bars are available!!).

I have to deal with greedy millionaire garage owners on my job unfortunately. and I can tell you for a fact, that THEY are much much harder to deal with than your average little granny who's on the bones of her arse.
Miliionaires will fight you tooth and nail, argue all day long, and virtually kill to save a quid.
Their attitude is that they've worked damned hard to get where they have, (alledgedly ) and they're not going to let anyone take more than is fair..in their opinion...from anyone whatsoever ever.
Absolute arrogance a tightness at its highest level.
Most of them are totally rude, big headed, aloof, ignorant and arrogant, and wouldn't give you a sniff of their turds even.

yeah i know from hicks perspective he wants as much money as he can possibly get, which if we was in that situation i guess we would too, but if he keep asking for ridiculous prices then the bank will eventually move in if he keeps rejecting bids because they are'nt "suitable" for him
