Why would I take anything you say personally? What you've just said perfectly describes a keyboard warrior, trying to get a rise out of someone on an internet forum, that must be a new high for you, congratulations.

Keep your stupid comments coming, I'll keep knocking them out of the park.

Sure, we are signing JT on a free isn't it.

In the last 3 PL seasons, JT has played 96 games (winning PL in 2015):

App Goals
2013–14 Premier League 34 2
2014–15 Premier League 38 5
2015–16 Premier League 24 1

we would have been over the moon if we had that return from Sturridge, Lovren has only 81 appearances in those 3 seasons.

As Chris2402 said, he has never been about pace, he has positional and defensive intelligence, like Carragher had and he brings organisation to the defence/team.

The only reason he has not played more games this season is that Conte has found a formation that works for him, with 3 first team players comfortable in that position doing well, they have also been lucky with injuries, JT could easily have played 20 games this season if Chelsea needed him.

I understand why people cannot separate JT from Chelsea and the idea of him playing for us does not feel right, but on a purely football decision, he has merit.

He is not even 2nd choice at Chelsea as we saw yesterday. If we could sign Hazard I would be over the moon, so nothing to do with Chelsea, at 36 JT is history and a good one, not the future
