I'm thinking if it's just a fine we should do it.

I believe it would be a heavy fine and possible exclusion from the competition if its a cup game or a points deduction if its a league game.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Cant see it being just a fine either, like you say points deduction and maybe even a player ban is the likeliest outcome.

Reading the news section it seems like they're gonna have a chat and decide whether it's worth rounding up a posse for a disciplinery hearing that will take a bit longer as they'll need to book a fancy hotel in an exotic location near Vish and get the expenses forms all sorted, limo's,sun beds, speedos etc etc,so best case scenario is we may hear something next month.

The quote on Sunday was that they could drop any points we win during the games he plays in, so if he played against UTD, we could lose the point, so if he played a few games then Fifa found against us, we could lose allot of points, not sure what would happen with cup games? I guess they could award the game to our opponents if we win and re-instate them in the competition, all sounds very harsh for a player who doesn't want to play and has made that clear.

I can see why we are being careful with this, English clubs don't have many friends at Fifa, so I can imagine them coming down like a ton of bricks on us if the get the chance.

Thought Matip had another poor game last night, he will be having nightmares about Redmond for weeks. I get the feeling fans have built him up in to a player he's sadly not and last nights performance along with his one against West Ham at home where he was at fault for the second goal has shown glaring weaknesses when faced with players with guile and speed, seen the Queen Mary turn quicker.

Abit harsh too judge him on last night, he's been out about 2 months and has been parachuted in as the saviour when the whole team are playing like donkeys.

The West Ham goal was unlucky and looked worse that it was as the ball got deflected over him making it difficult to react, his legs went in all weird directions trying to turn around !!!

You have a point about the hype around him, he's done well, and for a free it's great business, he just needs a good run in a stable defence, but we've said that before.....

I think players find it really hard to succeed when they sign, a suffocating environment engulfs the Club now, fuelled by the weight of expectation, ridiculous standards and players being measured against past players, it's virtually impossible for new signings to flourish and survive. I thought Matip was steady at most at the start of the season yet I have heard posters on here saying we have found the new Sami, a player plays six or seven good games on the bounce for us and straight away he is elevated to world class status, the team had a good first half of the season and people spoke about winning League Championships, I shouldn't laugh but it's hard not to.

I read what you said once and thought about replying critically but after reading it again my view completely changed and Ive got to agree with you. Theres players been elevated onto a status of world class after a few game or a decent spell. Take sturridge as an example. He had 1 great season for us and thats it. Ever since suarez left hes played about 5/6 good games in each of those seasons after.

I see some people throwing players like Gomez into the deep end. He played about 6 games for us before he got injured and we know nothing about him really other than those 6/7 games he was really good in. Other than that we shouldnt be under pressure to put him straight back in now because of how bad Lovren and Klavan are. I see players like Wijnaldum constantly escape criticism from people when he passes the ball sideways for 90 mins a game. I remember we all (including me) gave out and gave Hendo doing it too much. Hes immune to criticism it seems because hes a klopp player.
