Just been watching Gary Neville on this mornings Sunday Supplement, don't know if anybody watched it but if you never try to catch it, one of the most enjoyable sky sports programmes that's been on in recent times. I think wether you like Neville or not, he deserves credit for coming on a Live programme and taking on three chief sports writers head on after being critical of them not so long ago. I thought he wiped the floor with Oliver Holt and Henry Winter and gave a good honest clear account on a wide range of topics including the quality of modern journalism, Liverpool, the German goalie and Klopp, the England team and the Wayne Rooney incident.
Like I say even if you don't like Neville have a watch of the programme and see what you think, it really was interesting...

I think I'm going to have pancakes tonight as once a year isn't enough anymore.

Listen that's fine if people want to change the subject, I have put up a genuine thread in order to contribute to our forum but if people want to let personal differences spoil threads no probs... carry on....

Can you stop posting about this [oops]. He was part of the England set up that got knocked out of the euros by Iceland and he dragged Valencia through their worst results in history. He knows fukall about football and isn't fit to clean the Albert toilets never mind pass judgement on our players or manager.

i think they probably got him on the programme for a reason, thought he handled himself pretty well though considering he was up against three chief sports writers he had criticised in the past. He seems to have a lot of confidence in himself and that does come across when he speaks, Sky obviously rate him highly to offer him his job back so soon after his Spanish Nightmare but I suppose again he showed he has confidence and bottle to take the challenge on in the first place instead of staying in the safety of the studio, Alan Hansen wasn't up for the challenge although Shearer did have a go with Newcastle...

First sign of madness that.
