Hmm Correct me if I'm wrong... but shouldn't this be in the WORLD not Europe?

Last time I checked the likes of Sao Paulo & Santos...50th & 42nd in that list, played in Brazil, unless they've both emigrated to Europe... it looks like somebody is trying to p*ss on a fire to aid and abet FSG's crimes!!!

6 years of FSG dismantling a legacy, demoralizing fans expectations into the process all for the Benjamins $$$$$$! PROOF is in the pudding and this type of cake has hundreds and thousands, cream and a cherry on top!

FSG OUT!!!

Liverpool have made more money from player sales since 2010 than ANY other European club according to new figures.

The numbers released by the CIES Football Observatory - an academic research group based in Switzerland - have the Reds topping the table of money received from selling players to clubs in the five biggest European leagues during this decade.

1) Liverpool - €442million
2) Valencia - €432million
3) Juventus - €415million
4) Benfica - €414million
5) Porto - €382million
6) Atletico Madrid - €377million
7) Tottenham - €369million
8) Roma - €367million
9) Real Madrid - €361million
10) Chelsea - €358million

So a bit of perspective. We've sold £379m worth of players over the last 6 years, most of it from 3 player sales.

But by my calculation on figure on t'interweb, we've spent £422m in that time.

FSG OUT!!!

It's good we are at last selling players for profits, for so long we were buying players for big money and selling them for peanuts. You have also got to consider this is based on selling price, we also paid allot for players like Carrol/Suarez/Alonso/Mascherano/Torres/Aquilani, so this is not considered in the list, we also bought a load of players we lost hugely on like Aquilani/Carrol/Keane/Babel etc.

FSG are just following the business model LFC follow in the 70's/80's when we bought players like Keegan/Souness/Rush/Clemence, Liverpool got the best out of them, then we sold them on for large profits and replaced them with younger players coming through, like Whelan/Aldridge/Houghton etc.

That model turned out pretty well.....

Hey, just some context to your wildly biased argument. Care to comment on the fact that we have a positive net spend for that time or are you just going to continue with your one sided argument?
