Stand out performers today for me was Mane (guy keeps proving me wrong every week) Firmino and Lallana. All played really well and seemed to link up and when they did it seemed to run like clockwork all complementing each other.

Not gonna bring up too many negatives because there wernt too many I think Wijnaldum and Henderson isnt working and wont if im honest. Both shouldve finished there chances when they had them but at least they were getting into the right positions which is positive.

Just out of curiosity did anyone else notice how leicester constantly hit long balls over the top into our LB position? Lucky enough I think Matip and Lucas help cover Milner well but both Milner and Lucas shouldnt be playing in those spots.

Roll on the next game and hopefully we can keep some sort of consistency now.

Three excellent points and a very good performance. Puts us within touching distance of the alleged "title favourites".

Good to see the special one up to his old tricks today.
United totally outplayed by City from start to finish and he blames the ref for denying them not one, but two penalties.

I feel like Sturridge needs more of a mention. He was brilliant today and got an amazing assist. Constant threat. Great running and actually brave in everything he did today.

good game.should be on score sheet but if that makes the lad on his toes then be it.

missed first 30 minutes or so but i think storage played for the team today. good unselfish performance from him (unusual too)

I thought Matip looked really good, commanding the air in the box and looked solid, comfortable on the ball.

Milner also played well, Mahrez was quiet in the game, so Milner must have done well !!!

I thought Firminho played very well, pressing, good finishes and linked up well.

Mane is looking really good, his pace is frightening opposing defenders and he give us an outlet we have not had for a while to vary our play, helping stretch teams and creating space for our midfielders/attackers to play.

Still not sure why Lucas is playing CB when we have a CB on the bench in Klavan? I can understand Moreno being out on his performances, but Klavan has hardly played yet.

We also need to vary the playing out from the back abit, Migs was taking too many chances, Lucas and Migs played the ball between them to give away the first goal, when they should be clearing when so close to being closed down.

Overall good team performance, you can see the team play improving with Klopp's coaching, hopefully we will continue to improve and get more consistent.
