http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2...igher-valuation

A Chinese-backed group of investors interested in buying a stake in Liverpool Football Club is willing to raise its valuation amid optimism on higher broadcasting revenue and more seats at the club’s soccer stadium, according to a person familiar with the situation.

Financier Amanda Staveley, whose PCP Capital Partners is part of the bidding group that also includes Hong Kong-based China Everbright Group, has so far valued the asset about 750 million pounds ($998 million) and would be prepared to move closer to 1 billion pounds, said the person, who asked not be identified because discussions are private.

It's the same story rehashed by different news sites. It won't happen.

Bloomberg and Reuters are monolithically more credible than goal.com!

It seems that you have an overbearing fondness of that river in Egypt!

No. I'm just not stupid enough to believe speculative reports that both parties have denied. But you believe what you wantbif it makes you feel good in your trailor.

And the Nile is lovely. Been to Egypt twice and cruised down it for a few days. You should give it a try and broaden your horizons. You might learn some stuff.
