Been reading mixed reports on this zielinski guy. One source is saying hes coming to us and the next is saying the deal fell through.
Looking forward to see who we sign this summer but i really hope its not shane long and/or drinkwater.

We should look to swap players. Think swapping benteke for lacazette is something we should look at. I just really hope more than anything we dont start back at this BS of signing players from Southampton.

LOL hes a great worker and has done ok in last 10 games or so but hes nowehere near what liverpool need. The rate we buy players from southampton we might as well be their parent club.

Does Mkhitaryan have something against klopp? saw rumours that he is tempted by Arsenal, why wouldn't he come to us? I know he's 27 so he can't afford to hang around, but surely it's worth missing out on CL football for 1 season.

Also saw reports from yahoo saying we are battling with chelsea (conte is very interested), and possibly utd for pjanic. very creative player, can dribble, intercept well, might be a good CM target.

Ye Klopp and Mkhitaryan had a falling out over things on the football pitch. Mkhitaryan was dropped for a while as well while klopp was at dortmund. We were origninally trying to sign Mkhitaryan a long time ago under brodge. Personally i think hes excellent, a better version of couthino.

Pjanic has been linked with us constantly over the past few years. I think we can cross him off the list because champions league football is a must for him. I cant see us making his decision easier to come to us by bribing him with massive wages like what chelsea could do. Either of these 2 would be huge signings.

Ah that explains it, strange that a player would harbour feelings still. Yes I really rate him, fairly under-rated player perhaps.

It's true, we've been linked with miralem a number of times ian ayre and barry hunter went to rome in 2014 to track him. Again, though it's not a promise, but we haven't got Cl football players who sign for us have to accept that. but if we improve our midfield offensively and defensively then there is no reason why we can't finish in the top four. I agree 2 huge signings, but what about Isco another 'marquee' type signing for the right, I have some doubts due to who he plays for. So many options for the right- lemar, bellarabi, vázquez, moura, sane, mane, and the returning markovic who I don't think will offer competition for lallana, which is why it would have been good if Mkhitaryan had been a possibility, but I'll be watching closely during pre-season.

i spoke to my polish student/friend and he says his not good enough to play for us. maybe in a few years but not yet

but maybe in a few years he won't be the player klopp wanted him to develop into. as he either developed too slowly or almost not at all if he went to a different club or stayed where he is. what your friend says is probably true, he'd just have to learn fast and apply it to his game, he's got a good engine and untapped potential, I'd of replaced allen with him, which people won't want to hear especially if allen has a good euros

We close to signing Samuel Bastien from anderlecht. Anyone know anything about the guy?
