The quicker Gerrard goes the better for me, him being at the club has become a mill stone around the club and rest of the players necks. He has been a fantastic player for us and we are safe in the knowledge that we have had the best out of him, me personaly have admired the player but disliked the man
Absolutely correct.! when he doesn`t play the other step up to the plate and perform, when he`s there they just differ to him all the time. It has to be said he was [oops] all last season so where`s the loss.??
Met him when LFC were training at La Manga Club before Champs league, waited with my son for 5 hours to get his Gerrard shirt signed and he walked into the hotel and just ignored us even though we were the only ones there. My son had to run after him shouting his name and asking him to stop to just sign the shirt, was really rude and put my son and me off him immediately.

I think we already have Stevie's replacements in Lucas and Aquaman.
...not even if we could play the two of them in place of gerrard.

last season lucas played much better than gerrard stevie had an awful season but i honestly still think he was better than lucas without a doubt. lucas had a much better attitude and he should get praised for that but seriously, working hard and showing good attitude isn't enough in this case...

Milner cannot replace Gerrard, he is not a commander like Gerrard once was, Stevie's performances towards the fag end of the season were questionable.
Still Gerrard had a million times better season than Lucas..you cannot laud a blind man for flying a jumbo jet and crashing it...

lucas improved at the end of the season a lot...
his passing improved a lot....am sure he will come good, not playin much in the 1st season, comin to a new country, then being compared to alonso, he has had a difficult period at LFC...
why was he given the Bola de Ouro award back in Brazil if he is crap...
am sure he will come good, the question will he be given time at LFC, or will it be at another club...

we all have different opinions on lucas, personally i think he'll never make it in england. after 3 season you know if he has what it takes or not and he's clearly lacking the tempo needed in premier league.
he may have won that award back home in brazil but if you take a look at their league you'd see how big of a difference there is. the tempo is like beach football.
