They have more creative players than us but he managed to keep them out, so that being said, if this lad is as good or maybe even better than why not take a chance on him.

As soon as klopp makes big money signings people will expect him to start to deliver much more, that's why I think it's suicidal to spend a lot on more big prospects. That's kind of what I mentioned, if klopp is going to sign Dembele I rather he sign him as no.10 like deli Alli is for spurs, instead of a winger, but I don't know if he'll dislodge lallana, or firmino for that matter, who can still be used as a lone striker. Who did alli keep out by the way? what creative players, as far as I'm aware, spurs still have the quality of eriksen and lamela in their side. Last edited by Torres65; 12/04/16 02:38 PM.

Yeah the odd gamble is fine as long as we're signing the required number of proven quality, but as you say Van, we've been doing it the opposite way and it's a proven failure. As Einstein said; ' doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is the definition of madness' or words to that effect. He also said; 'the difference between genius and stupitdy is that genius has it's limits'. How mad and stupid does that make our lot?

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.
