I wonder who voted 'worse than expected' btw?  Me I expected more of a bounce that said last two or three games I saw good signs in general though not much better than Rodgers some good games some terrible if that was Rodgers on Sunday this forum would be in meltdown there does seem to be a bit of unhealthy bias towards Klopp in my opinion, I was no fan of Rodgers but Klopp has not done much to improve us in my opinion. I think before people start with he's only been here 5 mins or wait and judge when his own players are in or even Its not his fault the players are so poor, I would just like to clear a few things up. Firstly yes he has been here a short time and has missed a full pre season but we still should be better than what we are League and performance wise, secondly yes he needs to be judged when he brings in his own players and this for me is where he will sink or swim, he needs to have some really good judgement because for me he can't get a tune out of modest and ordinary players, this season has proved that, the third one for me is the players are not top quality, we all know that but they are certainly not poor or relegation fodder players, we have a defensive centre half partnership which cost just shy of 40 million pound alone 70 million pound forward line and a midfield costing just under 90 million pound so that's not too shabby at all. Klopp does need to up his game as flashing his Brendan style teeth and ruffling his hair in front of the camera won't save him, he will get three transfer windows which is ample time for me... I wonder who cares about your opinion, keep trying though, you might get somewhere.

We didn't have that bounce at the start but there has been a gradual improvement since Klopp first took over. It's on a knife edge up to now, between 'as expected' and 'better than expected' spurs and dortmund games are massive, win either one and we're still in the hunt for some success from this season, lose both and 'as expected' becomes exactly what should be chosen.

I don't see how the people always arguing negative stand points can seriously say they are enjoying it anyway, but I might be wrong

I don't see how there is any bias going on here. The majority have voted as expected and I can't see anyone saying that we're great and going to win the league etc. Plus you have to take into account that he hasn't got his own players. It's not an excuse it's a fact. he's been left with an unbalanced squad of pretty weak players and just the fact that he's got a bit of fighting spirit out of them is something of a miracle after the lame efforts under Rodgers. They may have also cost us as much as you say but on the whole they're probably worth only half of that. again not Klopp's fault and again is doing pretty well at polishing the turd he's been left with.

There is a bias, a foreign big name manager is going to be more popular among most fans than say Rodgers. That's utter bollox and you know it! Rodgers was given an ample amount of time and more than enough money and fukked it up. Plain and simple and has nothing to do with where he comes from. Klopp will suffer the same fate ultimately if he doesn't perform so give it a rest and get over Rodgers FFS!
