I wonder who voted 'worse than expected' btw? Someone who cannot and will not ever support Klopp despite his protesting that he does and his avatar. Pretty fukking sad really.

league cup final, got us further than any other manager in the past 5 seasons to get us to a quarter final in the europa league. still in contention for 4th - and would have achieved it given a bit more went his way in the league, and we bought in january. got a lot more out of some of the players, to help almost turn our season around, with a rodgers team that wasn't going no where because the fans didn't support him and were frustrated with the signings he and the club made. klopp just needed/needs one of those 3 to say it's been a very good first season, otherwise it will just be okay you did your best, now more pressure on next season. People who voted 'roughly as expected' so you expected all that, and to be 7 points off 4th with a game in hand? Surely he has done 'better than expected' so far. I think we could of forecast much worse with BR but it's your opinions I guess. And maybe you are taking into consideration 'the bounce factor' not many other managers than klopp would have brought that energy and belief from the get-go though imo, the players have all wanted to prove themselves to klopp, not just because he's the new manager, but because he's klopp, a highly respected coach and manager in europe.

Pretty fukking sad really. you can't make comments like that, even if that's what you feel or you're going to get booted mate. I know you think this thread is a bit leading from RS but if he believes this sort of poll is necessary then so be it.

I expected better from a manager with such a good reputation, I just don't understand some posters thoughts when they keep banging on about how bad we are and how well Klopp has done to date. Listening to people talk you would think the Club is a mess players wise, relegation fodder, Klopp has a team with Mignolet 10 mil, Sako 18 mil, Allen, 15 mil, Moreno 12 mil, Henderson 16 mil, Lovren 20 mil, Llalana 25 mil with Caan and Origin 10 million each, surely a so called manager with his credentials can get a tune out of such talented do called players.
Just a side issue why are fans defending Klopp and using the example that he needs time and you can't judge him until he's settled yet in another thread Sterling is finished and on the scrap heap at 20 years of age after only being at the club for 8 months, quite bizarre...

If he wants to boot me for a comment like that then there'll be a lot more going too. I've not insulted him or said anything bad. It's a very leading thread from someone who has nothing good to say about our manager that isn't followed by a BUT. Every thread started by him about Klopp is negative and it's a bit boring.

Don't managers normally turn it around after a few years, or period of time like fergie? players who go for big money moves and don't live up to their billing straight away don't often turn it around, that may be why

I think people also want to judge him after he has bought some of his own players in. We can't fully judge him until then really.

Klopp has been in charge 5 months so it is long enough to form proper first impressions.
I set up a poll with a neutral question and answers without any bias. The results of the poll are totally up to the people who have voted on here, so I can't understand why anyone would accuse me of setting up a leading or negative thread.
I voted for the roughly as expected option. People on here see my name and automatically think there is an ulterior motive behind every post when there's not.
