That would be great for the England team but not really for domestic teams unless it's a ruling throughout Europe. If we have a 'Brexit' the EU thing will be irrelevant I imagine but again, we'd be restricting English teams in European competition.
And if you think it'd lead to reduced ticket pricing then think again.

As well as BVB, would not want any of the three Spanish teams - even Bilbao, they are feisty devils that Basque team. yes can remember playing Athletico back in 84 gave us a really tough game, 0-0 at home and an Ian Rush goal got us over the line away 1-0. I can remember the basques being very patriotic, only signed players from the Badque region, very good policy bit like the Yorkshire Cricket team only signed people born in Yorkshire, times have changed now tho... You have never really got over the break up of the empire have you? Says all that yet didn't want Flano to get his new deal!? Gets better every day. yes what am I thinking wanting a better calibrate of player than Flanagan, dunno how well you read but there were in fact a few other posters who said he wasn't the answer either...

I'd be for the return of a max of 4 foreigners playing - would get rid of the mercenaries who blag their respect for our clubs and league and would give local players a chance to breakthrough. When you see how poor our teams have performed in the Champions League for the past few years, it may be a better approach and and did not do any harm last time. Unfortunately EU employment rules would not permit it. Maybe the Basques get away with it do on some sort of positive discrimination rule. quite agree, pity we can't stretch the four foreigner rule to four VRF, OOT or DC fans too now that really would be good haha...

And if you think it'd lead to reduced ticket pricing then think again. tickets are based on supply and demand if the leaches and Parasites stopped coming in there droves the prices would come down as the Club wouldn't be able to ask the prices they ask. If you were selling a product you would have to sell it at a price the market and demand dictated.why do the likes of the People's Club sell tickets well, well cheaper that what we do when we both come from the same city and are on an equal footing Team and league placing so wise for last 10 years give or take a couple of places, it's purely and simply the Club can sell tickets to our Out of Town and Tourist fans who will pay the dosh...

Well at least we don't have to stretch the domestic fool rule too much on this site, since we only have one in here as far as I can see!

Where exactly did I write that you are a fool?
Touchy subject it seems though.

Quick grammar lesson, it's their droves, not there droves and its leeches not leaches. Oh and I'm loving the little England attitude, it's actually quite quaint in the 21st century. In the meantime, we, the well heeled out of towners will continue to make our day trips to Anfield

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.
