what big money top class players get you is success as I said what teams that buy that type of player havnt been successful ? you said Chelsea ? if we go back to the beginning I am saying for every big money top class signing that is a success there are about 5 that are not, your talking about clubs which is nothing to do with players being flops, I said Chelsea has had quite a few big money top class flops that's all...

yes it is they buy winners and they end up winners you have to take the risk and buy top class if you want the top rewards
not just spend big as we did on average players that's where the average spend per player shows this up
apart from Leicester who are out of the blue and how many times do you see that not many but Chelsea bought Shevchenko, Crespov Veron, Mutu and Ballack to name but a few all came with top reputations for big money and most with proven success and all flopped...

was a bit unsure about Ballack but threw him in anyway, the other did cost a few bob though and flopped, biggest ones of all probably Robinho and Torres to Chelsea, KAKA at Real Madrid was another too...but anyway no matter... Robinho played for Man City, not Chelsea.
