Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple. - Bill Shankly

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

We don't need anyone to tell us do we, these owners only want to win trophies if they are won on their terms, it would be a bonus. As for Brendan Rodgers I suggest he did have a problem working with/under a committee, he won nothing. What a Liar he is and take the money and run why don't you, just like everybody else does I suppose. Its what he would say isn't it but really your history now so can you just keep your mouth shut Brendan it makes people mad.

He's talking rubbish. Nobody can prioritise winning over a sound business model, not beyond the short term anyway. Leeds did it, got to a CL semi final and then we all know what happened.
The only think he said that makes sense is the bit about getting the balance right. Given that he took the job and stayed in it then he must've either:
1. believed that the balance was right but didn't have the capability to make it work
2. didn't believe in the model but stayed and gave us BS at every press conference just to keep his job and all the benefits that went with it.
Either way, he was ultimately found out - though many of us suspected it for a while, some from the outset.

Well, if FSG are in it just to make money they are not doing it very well. We have made losses every year bar one since they have been here, allowed all of the massive transfer fees we've received be reivested in the squad and they have injected their own money into the club via interest free loans.
Financially they are the best owners we have had. They've put their money where their mouths are and as Ian Ayre confirmed not taken a penny from the club.
Unfortunately, they haven't had the first clue what they're doing. Consistently poor decision making and mistakes. Take two examples this season, the ticket fiasco and giving Mignolet a new contract. Before that, really poor choices in manager, clueless transfer policy, half measure on the stadium.

Brenda is reportedly bragging about how he has had many job offers, but he is waiting until the summer before he returns to management. Man it is hard for me to type when you are laughing this much. Such a liar. I would love to meet him and tell him to his face what a douche he is.

He didn't brag he was asked about his job offers and he answered. As for your last sentence, whether you despise him or not, it just shows what a rude, immature individual you are.

He is without doubt the worst LFC manager that I can remember. Yes, worse than Roy.
