The way forward for the rest of this season? I think it's to get Benteke moving. Try and do something we haven't done all season with any regularity with him- counter attack effectively, get the ball directly into him like villa get him to get it wide asap so he can make a run into the box to stretch defences and make them move back a few yards, hopefully milner, and firmino can try and get wide to get the ball into his feet too. Hopefully we'll stop being so toothless and can finally get some consistency in our results. I don't care if the match is deadlocked at 0-0, retain possession at the back, as it's easier to do with what is effectively a back 5, and draw teams out. Just tighten up and play for results, stop people crying, now teams are doing better at stopping our counter. Yes a back three is vulnerable to crosses, especially when the central midfield don't bother tracking back properly, but sakho, caulker, and lovren will deal with anything that comes into the box and fight for their place for next season I'd hope.

------------Mignolet-------------

------Caulker--Lovren--Sakho------
-Ibe-----Hendo----Can------Moreno
------Firmino--Benteke--Milner/Cout

I like back threes, lallana could swap for benteke. and firmino could stretch them down the middle instead, with lallana on the left. Just want to see us creating more gilt-edged chances. Like klopp said as one of his most well known thoughts, you don't come to a football match not to be entertained.

Chris i agree closely with your Ratings, but:
Mignolet - 6 - Two top saves in the first half but poor kicking, hopeless with corners and distribution as always
Clyne - 5 - No attacking threat despite loads of space, ok defensively, invisible for long periods
Moreno - 5 - Wasteful in attack and poor defensively, if he didn't have pace he wouldn't be a professional footballer
Lovren - 4 - Looked nervous and scared every time Vardy came near him. slow and easy to beat.
Sakho - 4 - He needs to learn the first and basic rule of defending, don't let the ball bounce. Big mistake from him in the build up to their second goal.
Lucas - 5 - Poor passing and gave away needless fouls, My nanna can run faster than Lucas. And for FCCCK sake i am so sick of him getting stupid yellow cards. Its like he thinks there is a prize for pushing players down.
Can - 6 - Bright in the first half but faded badly, I do think he can become a proper player though. agreed.
Milner - 7 - Probably our best player, solid and committed, agreed.
Henderson - 4 - Poor by any standards and desreved to be subbed him. He is a poor player who is lost if he has to hold on to the ball.
Lallana - 4 - He contributes nothing, its like playing with 10 men, too weak and slow, doesn't see a pass either.
Firmino - 5 - Too lightweight, bullied by Huth and Morgan, being a lone striker doesn't suit him at all in my opinion. Hasnt got the mental toughness to play in the EPL. He is a coward.

Subs:
Benteke - 4 - Nothing contribution, no confidence and I can understand why
Allen - 6 - Made some good runs. Some wayard passes though.
Tex - 5 - Only on the field for a few minute

Yeah, Sunderland at home and Aston Villa away coming up, anything under 6 points has to be unacceptable and they are easily the two worst teams in the league!
