he does one or two good things in a game but he's very raw, he has no end product either which needs developing, he is nowhere near the player Sterling is so I think a lot of people saying he was have got that part wrong...

He's still learning FFS and we've been down to the tea lady at times this season so what do people expect?

He's got the potential but as with Sterling his final ball/decision making at present lets him down. Too early to be writing him off.

going to be interesting to see if his potential develops, unfortunately for him Liverpool will always go out and buy players in his position if he doesn't develop enough, he is playing in his second season properly with us now and he has got experience with Derby County so he should be starting to show some sort of an end product by now...

I will happily, if you don't think Ibe couldn't have done what that little runt sterling did for liverpool, player for player, you can't judge players potential. raheem was in a much better squad with the likes of suarez, sturridge, a goalscoring team. He was given the upmost patience and time to grow consistently. Ibe is a goalscorer, a better goalscorer than sterling can be, his passing isn't as good, nor is his dribbling ability or pace, but since liverpool are struggling to counter attack as effectively his value isn't even glimpsed. It was partly at stoke, where he could of had more, you could tell he was enjoying his football and had a role in the liverpool team. jordan picked up the highest rating of anyone that match, when he was substituted on for the injured coutinho.

A 20 year old winning a league cup semi final leg for liverpool, that's impressive, the problem is there is no patience any-more in football. Sterling was lucky he has able to show his talent in lfc while he could, the following season after 13/14 he was nothing like he was the previous season, even coutinho improved at attack mid, what was sterling's excuse other than lack of confidence.

Potential means nothing if you don't realise it. As it stands now Sterling is a much better footballer than Ibe.

As for goalscoring Jordan Ibe hasn't scored a Premiership goal yet, Sterling has scored a Premiership hat trick as well as goals in the Champions League. So to say Ibe is a better goalscorer is inaccurate and you've said that Sterling is better in other aspects of his game such as pace, passing and dribbling so there's your answer.
