If no one is currently trying to coach them then the manager has no footballing eyes to see with.

I refuse to even think that is the case. It has to be the players that are totally hopeless at getting the situations right, and that no one amongst them is even trying to organize the others?

There is no leadership. We have nobody at the back organising and in the middle Henderson is not the big influence that he needs to be.

We need a footballing brain in the middle who is a real leader. Could be a central midfielder or a CB but we need some sort of presence.

Perhaps a stronger personality in the keeper department would help but at the moment there is very little anywhere

Manure have just 1 good player atm: de Gea.

And look at their position in the table!

Could it be that simple?
