Klopp wont last long at liverpool. If firmino could stay on the pitch for 93 mins today after the way he played shows he is not up to the english game. They may not be his players but the fact he doesnt make changes worries me deeply.

Any candidates out there? - that we can afford? We don't have the $$ and no salary cap in this league ( otherwise Robert Kraft wud have bought the team). I trust in Klopps ability to identify the right pieces and get em in. Then we should judge... We have all been frustrated for over a decade - why not another 6 more months?

It does worry me that Klopp wants to work with what we have for the rest of the season. We clearly need an injection of quality to dilute down what Rodgers left behind.

We pretty much need a whole new squad, its a disgrace that this group of players cost £300mil to assemble, they are worth less than 1/3 of that.

But I will blame him for the players we have. All those wonderfully characterful players that can't score, can't pass and can't defend and for a keeper that couldn't catch a cold.

Watching his interview yesterday, many of us had it spot on 18 months or more ago. Players coming in were always a collective decision and those he may have wanted that were not on the list didn't even make the notebook.

That whole committee (are or were?) complete failures and as equally to blame as Rogers. Anyone under 24 years old is always to sell on at a profit later down the line.

Depressing stuff.

He should have made a stand or walked though prior to his new deal. Anyone not thinking solely of self interest would have.

And that's why he's more to blame than the rest of the committee. By staying on he effectively endorsed the approach. Either he thought he could make it work in which case he's responsible, or he didn't believe in it and stayed presumably for the money thus deceiving the fans.

Did they ask him 'why didn't you just walk away?' Esp after making such a big deal about wanting control before taking the job and at his first press conference.

I don't believe BR at all. He is a liar pure and simple. He assembled a team of lazy, over paid, average, spoilt players and had them in all sorts of formations and positions are he tried to learn how to actually manage a team, eventually got found out and was fired, and now after his nice holiday, he is looking for a new job and step one on that path is to spin his excuses for failure at Liverpool.

The man is a poor manager and an even poorer liar.
He must think the fans are stupid and will believe his verbal poop.
