So why don't we know what's wrong with him Klopp also has said to the press he does not know what's wrong with him either which is clearly Klopp saying he faking injury. But whatever any of us think clearly a footballer that doesn't actually play football is not very effective in anyone's world.

They'll know what's wrong with him and Klopp saying that doesn't mean he's faked anything. He may not feel 100% and just need his head sorting?

Like I've said before, my money is it being a mental thing. If he feels a little twinge he may well be thinking here we go another month out so then doesn't want to risk it. In some ways it's understandable if that's the case with all the injuries he's had.

I don't agree Klopp saying he does not know what's wrong with Sturridge to the national press is clear frustration from Klopp and it's clearly meant as a message to him and his agent. The problem with Sturridge may well be mental but that's no help is it ? The club should consider getting the legal team to look,at his contract he may well be deliberately not performing his contract which would break the contract for the sake of the club this has to be dealt with at some point this can't carry on

It's not understandable at all, he's being paid a huge amount per week to perform and play for Liverpool. He should be prepared to put his body on line!

Well whatever the problem is I'm sure they're working to rectify it one way or the other. I'm as frustrated by this as the next man but I'm not going to turn on him. Get him fit and we all know what we'll get (for 2 games anyway!).

That's easy for us to say. But whatever amount he gets paid, he's still a human being and can still suffer the same as anyone can he not?

Any other human being that was unavailable for work as often as he is would have been fired by now.

I get 9 months sick pay at my work so I'd be OK.

And football is massively different from normal life so can't even be compared. Injuries are part of the game and I don't ever remember a player being sacked for being injured too much?
