He's a very good coach that got us playing the best football I've seen us play since Roy Evans. We lost the title because Gerrard (still my favorite player) choked on a very routine pass. He has good presence, and I think he's a good manager.
That said, he's a poor recruiter and poor defensively. I won't miss the cringy comments in the press, though he did say some very good things. I actually think we are in a better state than we were when he arrived, though not where we should be. It's time, I guess, but have mixed feelings about it.
