Above all though, he is a humble, down-to-earth, incredible person. He had been a model professional and served our club with distinction. He can hold his head up high for the way he has conducted himself over his time at this special club.

It pained me to think that a day would come when Brendan's association with our club would come to an end. But let's be positive and see it as an exciting, fresh start to build on Brendan's incredible work.

Brendan will always be remembered at this club in some capacity.

So please feel free to share your favourite moments etc. of his time at our club.

Thank you and good look Brendan.

Have I missed something. He's spilled the same crap out for over a year about "he a beautiful player" "we are rebuilding for the future" "we are technically almost there" "I can't fault any of my players". Well here is something for you. BR has wasted money season after season and his smug look of our "oh so close to winning it" season as come back to bite him in the ass. He believed his own hype and when the going got tough he didn't have the answers. He leaves with no excuses for me. He had the money and the time and we have a worse squad now than when he came.

Thanks for 2013/2014 BR but on the whole your performance as Liverpool manager hasn't been good enough, hence why you have been sacked.

I have no ill feelings towards him. He was offered the job and took it. What man in his position would not want to manage LFC. He gave his all as far as I could see. Talked much [oops], but always talked well about the club.

all the best

Yeah, he obviously loved working for LFC and who wouldn't? It's nothing personal towards him but it was the right decision to move him on.
