Jesus, 30 players out on loan from Chelsea....that's insane. As I said all these will have a much bigger impact than most realize, especially if they simplify the issue like Vish has.
Also, if we don't have to pay 30mil for a player, just imagine how much we could offer in wages, it will level the field out as no club is going to offer a million a week in wages no matter how rich they are but those clubs who can't afford to offer 250k a week will all of a sudden be able to.
No, the best players will go to teams who can pay more and a squad/home grown quota won't change much because it is not the best players who go on loan, but young potentials. This won't even be required anymore as the rich teams will just wait for players to be ready. They will not be able to put restrictions on young players who can all go to the bigger teams for their development. The big losers will be the poor teams who will see their best players go free of charge. 250k won't be the big wage anymore, but 2.5m per week. I am not simplifying anything, it is you who is hoping too much. Ask yourself who is pushing for that, it is not the teams but player representatives. Most good players from Serbia for example will leave without their teams getting anything., ask smaller clubs what they think about this? I have watched programmes on the subject and the smaller clubs are completely against.
