I think O'neill is getting some unfair stick about his play,its not all hoof ball,young,milner,agbonlahor,petrov and barry when he was there all like to play with the ball at their feet.He doesn't play the game Jack Charlton style.

With O'neil its all kick and rush and banging balls into the box to hit big target men there's no retention of the ball or patient build up with his sides its all about getting the ball in the box as quick as they can which is ugly to watch.
