Used to be Gerrard. Balotelli isn't gonna play again. Sturridge has missed 2 for us already.

Milner hits a great pen.
Benteke takes a calm pen.
Hendo is captain and is desperate to be the new Gerrard.

Milner for me

At the end of last season, Rodgers said that penalties were Gerrard, Balotelli, Henderson.....in that order. So that means Henderson is our penalty taker. But has he ever taken one?? With no past success record it seems like an odd choice.
Quite a few of Benteke's goals were penalties so ho would be the logical 1st choice.

At the end of last season we didn't even have Milner and Benteke.

Both Gerrard and Balotelli are gone, so surely he must have a new short list.

I presume Milner, Benteke and Henderson are on that list. No idea in what order they come though.

I'd say Benteke then Milner. Henderson is too hit and miss with dead balls.

I'd also say Milner should be captain too

We got new players in so I would guess the penalty takers would be different now. Not sure what Firmino might be like but I'd imagine Benteke.

I'd also like benteke to take them. Goals give strikers confidence. And we need a confident benteke.

Hendo took one and scored away at Arsenal last season when we lost 4-1 therefore he has a perfect record.....

Not that I'd have him as our first choice penalty taker though.

As there's no stand out pen taker Hendo should take em until he misses then rotate.
