Oh come on ffs, what is the man suppose to say, that we're crap and need a new manager? Yep that works for me. really can't unerstand what's happening with lfc fans the season ain't started we haven't been unbeaten in pre season although must admit quality of teams has been poor but we have a few top players to yet come in I think fans will be surprised this season I think we have made some top signings so why don't we just give the manager a break for say mmmmm 2 games should just about cut it for probably the most fickle fans in the country a new season is upon us lets get behind the manager and team not slate him at every opportunity sad sad sad

Knives are out for him and quiet right too. Utter shambles last year, he got everything wrong, transfers that were shocking, took him 5 months to find a formation which, when it worked, he gleefully had tell the world about how great it and he is. That was till Utd came to town and embarrassed said formation. Mishandled Sterling contract, and has spent the entire summer buying players to score goals in the delusional contention that we are solid at the back. Mourinho buys keepers ,centre halfs and DM first and wins from there. BR scatter guns attacking signings .

BR scatter guns attacking signings . the worrying thing for me is reading all the op on here regarding the manager must be in the region of 80%want him out and it seems whatever happens or whatever we do it won't change anybody's opinion to me it's becoming personnel every positive comment on here is met with a scathing attack on him it ain't good the ultimate idea here is everbody needs to get behind the team and the manager , I will agree if we do start with a dismal run of form and by Xmas we are languishing behind top 4 then so be it but until then surely Everyone should be behind the team and the manager or have I gone soft in my old age

Pretty much have tbh. Obviously this season won't be as catastrophic as last but he should have paid for that shambles with his job, will take at least 2 seasons and a new manager to recover from the damage done last year .

Like we wanted to fail or something.

Most managers would've got the boot for that to be fair and I thought he would. But things ain't that bad when you look at it objectively. We've bought some very good players this year and hopefully some of those from last year will step up. They were all good players when we bought them so they still are. The defence is still a worry but maybe the new coaches are better in that area so we might do better (as long as Migs keeps his head!). It's all up in the air a bit I know but there's no reason to write it off before we've even kicked a ball!
