Does that mean it will be the same this window or in the future though? I'm not so sure. We have been making signings like there's no tomorrow since the start of the window, showing clear intent to not mess about and get business done early. After rejecting the second bid from Man City over a week (maybe two?) ago it has all gone quiet. I'd like to think I'm wrong but I have a feeling that any further signings may be dependent on selling Sterling, or at least the quality of those signings.
