If anyone comes in to replace BR, it's either Klopp or FDB. My money is on FDB as Klopp probably won't accept FSG's terms.

I think mourinho would do a better job with our squad than brodge.

As I said in my original post, almost any manager would be better than brodge given the mess he's created for himself - I would go as far as to take Redknapp any day over Rodgers, no question.

So you’ve declined the challenge Donut, and I don’t blame you. However it raises questions about the wisdom of your point about “almost any manager” Truth is if the policy doesn’t change the manager issue is irrelevant, including all those posts calling for a sacking.

We'll keep farting around until some club comes from nowhere and sign the man. Then we'll say we never wanted him in the first place.

This is very true, more than just the manager needs to change.

1 disappointing season and apparently we've lost direction and hit a wall. Everyone knows why we were finished where we did. We lost our best player and the young players brought in need time. Nothing to do with Brendan making mistakes (even though he has made many).

City spend more, united spend more, chelsea spend more. So the chances are most seasons they are going to finish ahead of us. One of the reasons why Arsenal have done so well if because they stuck with their manager even when they went trophyless for so long.

Rodgers acquired a team that finished 8th in the league the season before and he has finished above that every year, how is that not progress?

Rodgers is early 40s so he hasn't had time to develop his reputation like the others. Its been FSG's policy not to buy high profile players and instead buy unproven ones with potential. Nothing to do with Rodgers.

If Liverpool didn't switch any personnel over the summer, management or players, we will be in a stronger position as the new recruits from last year will have had more time to settle. So why meddle with switching things around when we haven't given Brendan time to adapt his team since Suarez left?

How come Spurs and United managers didn't need time to adapt as they both finished above us, but Rogers needs time (again) to adapt. We progressed (in the league only) last season but badly regressed this year. The records he broke this year are first manager in decades of not winning anything in 3 seasons and worst ever result (6-1) in decades, highest transfer budget in one season ever. If you call that progress, I don't.
