I think it's looking less likely now that Klopp is probably signing for Fenerbahce. He was probably the only manager of any note that we could have realistically attracted. If FSG didn't want Klopp then there are 2 options:

1) they have one of the world's top managers lined up instead
2) they are happy with BR and think that he's better than Jurgen

I can't see any other possibilities.

Or he could of been scared away by the FSG way.

Given the choice, I'd probably pick Fenerbahce over Liverpool...

Nicer weather
More passionate fans
Better chance of CL football
Less intrusive media
Better squad of players

In a league that no one really gives a fukk about,seems an odd choice for an aspiring manager.

The turkish people give a fukk about it. And it should be a p1ss easy way to repair his damaged reputation after dragging Dortmund down to 7th after finishing 2nd last year.

I'd agree with this, although Bilic is there at Besiktas and he is highly rated as a manager.

You may have missed the most obvious option Darcus, and that was pay Klopp his demanded wage and concede to his recruitment and player's personal terms demands, I'd wager FSG would concede neither option hence no Klopp at Liverpool.

. In a league where team busses get shot at i dont see Klopp going to Fenerbahce.
