LOL! 2 years ago they were EPL champions and have a pedigree of winning it more than anyone else. They had far fewer games this season, spent even more on players than we have, spend even more money on wages than us, and are the 2nd richest club in the world. Plus they have appointed a very experienced manager who has won everything in the game and he has proven himself by doing it in several different countries.

That's that one out of the way.....Who else do you think we should be above? And be serious this time....

That's the difference between us than: 1. We don't wanna spend money (always trying to low ball) 2. We don't want to pay wages to players who commands/deserve it and 3. Inexperienced manager.

Apparently FSG have voted in favour of sacking Rodgers IF and only IF, they can secure their primary target, and i belive that is Klopp. Now read again, APPARENTLY and IF.

From what Dunk has said, reports claim that Klopp hasn't been secured YET though. He's not completwly sold on the project apparently, which in my mind spells "no change in transfer policy" . For me that is a major problem and i PRAY and HOPE that someone, somehow explains and convinces FSG that buying potential is ok, but buying potential alone, will not win you trophies.

cause the transfer policy has worked so well so far..ffs fsg, ur crap at transfers..so why tell a manager they have to accept ur transfer policy..ian ayre gets frequent flyer miles and we overpay for southampton players..thats the policy

Last year there was a malfunction in the EPL!
This year we'll probably be in 5th...

That's 1 position improvement each year of the plan/pattern is stuck to so we are bang on course.

Just because a club invests £150m in players, it doesn't mean their success needs to happen that season. The players purchased were young so they are clearly seen as long term investments and not a quick-fix scheme to give Liverpool FC a cameo appearance in the CL group stages.

Seriously ladies & gents, FSG will be more than happy with Brendan so talk about something else.

So ridicilous, I can't tell if you are being sarcastic or not... I hope you are. 5 seasons ago we finished 2nd so 4 more seasons until we can finish 2nd again Hurray!

If you are serious about the 'pattern' tben I just don't know what to say.....

I guess that reduces his chances of leaving us even further?

You're presuming there wasn't a clause to say they expected a top4 finish or he got 2 bob and out the door as with Moyes.

Further, yes he did sign an extension when SAS made him look the best new coach since mourhino and he didn't insist on them doing away with the committee when he had such a strong hand at the table.

No one should be pleased that an LFC manager fails (an I certainly am not)but he is making it very difficult to excuse the gaping errors in the areas under his control.

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.
