doesnt matter who rafa signs, he plays them out of position anyway!
lucas isnt as bad as everyone makes out,neither are babel and ngog.it's just that rafa doesnt use them in their favoured positions or give them any help.
sure torres can play as lone striker but to ask ngog to do it is a waste of time....and it aint ngogs fault! Rafa does play players out of their natural position, but i have noticed one things, very seldom do we find all players stick to their positions during the whole game. There are times when you will see our wingers swap during games. Ngog is not world class, he is not a first choice player, he is like a John O shea figure

one more thing joe if Lucas was that much of a reliable replacement for alonso then there was no need of aqua ....
could have got a striker instead... because hes being preferred over aqua by some genius at the hot seat,, one will drag chicken Jalfrezi in if its available ,tastes better than chicken tikka but u dont care to listen..:D oh im starving ... TA

could have got a striker instead... nope, Lucas does not deserve the LFC shirt, based on the players we were linked with during that window when he bought aquilani, Van der Waart, Robben, he was surely looking at additions.But all the money from alonso sale wasnt given to him to spend. He bought Johnson and Aqulani with Soto. If you recall he wanted to buy a defender to cover for sami, the board told Rafa he only had two million. So based on what he had i.e. 2,million he bought kyriakos. if you watched much of the latter stages of the champ league you would have noticed how many players playing in those teams were at some point, linked, rumoured or followd by rafa, to name a few. Robben, Alves, Simao Sabrosa, Sidney Govu, Diego Milito etc. joe i hope not this situation occurs again but he will still be moaning for a dozen players ..selling them in december or next window...and the story continues... hes a dumb not to screw madrid...he cud have got a couple from madrid as a swap deal...but God knows what was he looking for there.he got no fooking clue what hes been messing around with transfers..because of the blind trust he got from fans ...the liverpool way... only to end up moaning in the end that he wasnt given all the money from Alonso's sale..Thank God they didnt ...end of
