yea, just saying he doesn't strike you as the easiest person to be around. as we all know he's stubborn as hell.

it is weird because he alway looks like a lovely man always smiling and just looks like a nice man but he is so stubborn and you have gerrard saying stuff like '' i would love a well done from rafa'' in jest but still and signing one of torres's match balls '' keep improving nando''

i think he seems like a really nice man off the field.

but i think i can count the number of times he has smiled during a game on one hand. that's his style, but as you said the players doesn't seem to get much praise from him.
