I never give a toss about the league cup unless we make it through to the semis, then it's actually worth paying a bit of interest - the rounds preceding that are nothing but training matches.
I wont be in tears if we don't win it, both of the English cups have become so meaningless they may as well scrap them both and give the players the day off.
I'd like to see a ECL place given to the winner of the FA cup. Not sure if the FA can do that but it would certainly give a little more incentive to win it.
